How to make a custom launch site?

I am starting my personal space agency, and I wish to make a custom launch site that has vertical and winged launch capabilities, but I don't want to make my own models. Any help here?

Just use Wideawake and put your agency's logo on one of the lots. That's what I'm doing for a space agency I'm writing a serial about.
