how to make a panel for a ship ?

i am making a addon and i what to no how to make an panel but am i shotting a bit to high for my seound add on ?

A panel? Whats the panel for? Is the panel a door? or is it just a slab of metal used for a building block?

If you are talking about a 2D instrument panel, take a look at the sample DeltaGlider code in <OrbiterRoot>\Orbitersdk\samples\DeltaGlider. Specifically, look in DeltaGlider.cpp at the clbkLoadPanel, clbkPanelMouseEvent, and clbkPanelRedrawEvent methods.
