Hi everyone,

I have question regarding .msh files. Is there any way to open them? Please help me as I have been troubleshooting this for ages.

-msh

They are just ASCII files, so any text editor should do, if you just want to see or edit the raw contents.

If you want to load it into a 3D modelling program, or convert to a different format, then there are more qualified people here to answer.

If you want troubleshoot the mesh or grab some coordinates etc there is [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2740"]meshwizard[/ame].

If you want to import model into your 3d software, then there are plugings for those. I don't know what 3d software you;re using so can't help more at the moment. Personally I use [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=4185"]http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=4185[/ame] but I'm 3ds max user, and this plugin works both ways.

AC3D is another.

Thank you for the assistance.

I heard of it, but not willing to use a propriety program.

Thank you all for the support, I took the Blender route and decided to open it that way.

Incase you are wondering what I am doing, I am currently trying to edit a game known as Road Wars, a game that was completely forgotten into history like dust when the company--Warcry Corp went offline.

I am currently trying to write an HD wrapper for the game. There is virtually no community that exists for it except for a couple of dudes around the web.
