Depends on what the problem is. Inside that insanely long orbiter.log file you've got this:

Module Spacecraft3.dll ....... [Build ******, API 050206]
**** WARNING: Mesh file name not provided

This means that somewhere an ini file is passing SC3 the name of a mesh that SC3 can't find or doesn't exist.

I'd also suggest that you separate your SSU install from the rest of your orbiter install. it's what is making the orbiter.log file so large.

One thing you can try is eliminate vessels from the scenario, to find the bad one.
