Hyperbolic/Deep Space Rendezvous

Is there a method of calculating a rendezvous or using IMFD/TransX to calculate a trajectory that would intercept a spacecraft that's in deep space or on a hyperbolic trajectory?

I expect there would be problems if you switch major bodies during the attempt.
