I just managed to successfully enter into Jupiter`s atmosphere in XR2 Ravenstar and now I`m slowly gliding deeper in. This was definitely the hardest and hottest reentry I have ever made.
I get countless hull temp warnings, last part of reentry was flown at 83 degree AOA with main engines providing lift because when I slowed down aerodynamic lift even at 17 degree AOA was`t enough to keep me from going in too deep. I was even forced to deploy radiator because coolant started to boil while flying nose pointed nearly straight up to protect upper hull from overheating with radiator open. Only few percent of APU fuel was left when reentry was over.
Now I will go deeper in to find out what`s in there.
