I started to create the method to make all calculations and made all the stechiometric work. I came to an idea for a stechiometric calculator...
I have most of data to begin with, but there are some missing pieces.

I am having problems to estimate human equation.
Figures are estimates in Kg per year.
Food + H2O + O2 = Urine + Feces + CO2 + H20 + Other biowaste
787 + 1379.7 + ? = 730 + ? + 365 + ? + ?
Other biowaste includes electrolites lost when sweating or other I have not considered. If I am correct it should be almost zero.
H2O in the right side is water that is lost when breathing, sweating, etc.
So the unknown factors are O2 that you breath per year, feces, and water loss.

If I am correct, biogas is being produced in anaerobic processes.
What percentage of the original biomass would become biogas?
Organic waste = Biogas + Compost

For aerobic reactions I have this equation, but I think I am missing something... and I also would need the proportions

For plants you have
Glucose + Water + Compost = Food + Plant
Any good guessestimate for this equation?
Glucose is produced after photosyntesis.
I need this to estimate food production.
