Internet IAEA site has been hacked (and quickly restored)

As of 13:53 MSK. The perpetrators could be subjected to unusual and cruel punishment, methinks.

EDIT: as of 13:59 MSK, the site functions OK.

I'm looking at it now. It looks normal to me, What details do you have?

Roughly seven minutes ago, the home page contained the phrase: "It works."

That is the default page for the Apache web server on some Unix distributions. Probably just maintenance.

Their site is clearly under strain. Every other time I try to connect to it I get a 503 server error.
