Request IEATMFD by BrianJ?

Hello,
I read this (http://www.orbiter-forum.com/showthread.php?t=1344) thread about how to navigate with engines like ion engines. BrianJ posted a link to his IEATMFD that helps you to navigate with ion engines, but now the link is broken.
Does anyone know about a other link or could post a download link?
