considering all the risks and very real danger, if you had the chance to go into space, would you? if so, how far would you dare to go?

Where's the option for "Would happily sell family members into slavery to get the chance to strap on any kind of spacecraft and go for a spin"?

I really can't imagine any Orbinaut wanting to stay on the ground.
Meet one.

Its not that I dont like it (in reality, I always feel like I belong in the Air, on the Sea, or in Space), but my body was built to remain on Terra Firma it appears :sorry:. I dont have the internal padding that keeps my kidneys from playing ping pong with my spleen.

I'd like to go to the moon, even in a Saturn V, but I wouldn't really want to go to Mars. (too long of a trip :P)

If I could be the first one to set foot on the planet, I'd go to Mars.

I'd probably be scared stiff all the way there, but it's the chance to go down in history as the first human on another planet (not counting the moon, of course...)

The Moon is a planet now?

I'd happily go anywhere off this rock.

I would definitely go to Mars, as long as I could get along with the other crew members.

I would, but unfortunately I have really bad vision. I desperately hope LASIK (or similar technologies) can fix this.

The Earth isn't just a 'rock' you silly Orbiter-addict. Go play outside! Smell the trees and the roses!

Now, Mars on the other hand... that's a rock.

I'm not the kind of person who would try new technologies. I'd take my 2 or 3% chance of failure or whatever it is and happily do a LEO. Going to the Moon...maybe. Mars? I'd rather somebody else tested it for me first :)
