As unlikely as this is what would you say? Personally I'd say...
"An behalf of all the inhabitants of the planet Earth, I would like to say a friendly hello to our nearest neighbour, and hope that we care for this planet better than we have taken care of our own planet." All while thinking "Neil thinks he's so great, he thought he was the first person on Earth nearest neighbour, bag the Moon is like the Earth dog in the backyard, Mars is the real neighbor." (Just a joke guys calm down.)
