As a kid I always loved space (I'm sure I'm the only one here, right?) thanks to my dad. I've been on a very big space kick after graduating from college in December, and I stumbled across Orbiter from the 'space' subforum on Reddit last night after I got home from work. I stayed up way too late, but that's okay!

I'm getting close to entering a stable orbit, and I've been having a lot of fun playing around with UCGO.

:welcome: to Orbiter-Forum!
I think you'll find that most of us are like that. I know I sure am. Show and tell for kindergarten I brought the '95 edition of Astronomy Today. I still keep that book in my desk.

It's nice to see a newbie with a can-do attitude!

Welcome to the forums. You should read a tutorial called Go play in space. Very nice for novice. Also, a lot of questions you have have already been answered, so use the search function if you need answers quick :)

What did you study?

:welcome: to Orbiter-Forum !, you definitely aren't the only person here who's liked space since being a kid

:welcome:!!!

Glad you found the forum, and the hangar as well!

What is with all the people from Illinois joining lately?

Well, nobody's perfect, but we'll take 'em anyway!(j/k - my HR manager is from Illinois, so we always get a good Hoosier/Illini banter going during March Madness)

I think most would agree there are two main rules around here in addition to the forum rules you agreed to.

1. Whatever addon is being developed, it will be released on Tuesday (Looooong running joke from another forum).

2. Always, always, ALWAYS remember to :hail:(Hail) the :probe: !!!
