Problem IMFD 5.5 Fails to terminate autoburn in outside view

When I set AB, using IMFD 5.5, then go to outside view I have problems. I watch the ship (any ship) orient itself, then the burn starts. The problem is the burn will not end while Im in outside view. If I switch back to inside the burn has gone past its end time and has to re orient itself and burn again. Any Ideas on this?

As far as i know there is no fix for this, and i think it is mentioned in the IMFD Manual.

It has been a known quirk in IMFD since almost the first version released.
