Hey folks,

I reinstalled Orbiter a few days back after a long hiatus -- I'm frankly thrilled to see so many people still playing and still posting! Most everything is kind of like riding a bike -- I got a DGIV up from Cape Canaveral to the ISS with no problems, for instance -- but the one thing that's bugging the heck out of me is that I can't figure out how to load a ShuttleA_pl added via the scenario editor to a ShuttleA (uMMu compatible) which I also added via the scenario editor. I noted that the documentation for the ShuttleA seems mostly to be about how one flies the vessel versus how to do the cargo thing.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks! Be sure to look for my future question threads, "Fuel/O2 reloading for ships that aren't the DGIV: a refresher" and "How does one use the XferMFD again?"

HI, I had the same problem you had yesterday,You cant see the payloads with the scenario editor, just make them, and locate them where you want them to show up, and reload orbiter, and TADA! there they are Have fun.

I think you have 2 options here.
1. Use Universal Cargo Deck to attach the payload to the shuttle-A, the only downside is that you can't use the 2d panel to drop the cargo while using that.
2. edit the Scenario files manually to attach the payloads like this

Code:
SH-PL01:ShuttleA_pl
  STATUS Landed Moon
  ATTACHED 0:0,SH-03
  IDS 0:540 10
  XPDR 480
END

Thanks! Getting the meshes to display I'd figured out (I'd actually read your thread while looking for the answer to my problem, Int), I'm downloading the cargo deck module now and reading the manual to learn how to use it.

Thanks again,

S
