Hi,
I’m a new Orbit pilot and I can't intercept the ISS.

I’ve aligned and synch my orbit the best I can do.
Next step should be reducing the relative speed.
But the speed is dropping by itself and reach 0 around 140k from the station. Later on I getting away from the station. So I align to the station box and fire my main engine but the closest I ever got was 20k.

What did I miss ?

Your orbit is still a bit lower than the ISS, so you will catch, then pass it. You need to raise your orbit to a point where it intersects the ISS's in terms of altitude as well.

Another option, once you are under 200K, in a ship as powerful and fuel capacious as the DG, point to your retrograde docking relative velocity indicator and fire your engines until it drops to zero, then turn to the ISS and use your engines to fly you toward it. Don't use too much thrust, it will change on it's own and also be hard to compensate for if you get it too high.

Above all, just be patient. Nothing happens fast at 7600m/s.
