Update International Space Station v.3.0

Hi!
I've got a qestion. Very inexplicably I've had problems launching ALL (!) Soyuz/Progress related add-ons on my Orbiter 2010 (build - Aug. 2010). I've installed ISS v. 3.2, however, from all the entirety of missions in that add on, only a few Soyuz launches work. HOWEVER, as soon as the heat shields are disengaged, I see NO vessel on top the upper stage of the rocket. Besides, the Shuttle fleet scenarios for that ISS add on fail to initialize too.
I'm about to become desperate Pleeease, stretch a helping hand!

Sounds to me like you didnt install all of the other add-ons required in the Readme included with Thorton's ISS. It has a list of them, with the correct order to install them in.

AFAIR Thorton's ISS also requires .NET framework (version 3.5 if I'm not mistaken).

Also would it be possible to add the Max Q and wing vapors when flying Davids Shuttle?
