Problem Invisible Dyna Soar and CVEL Titans

When I load Orbiter (2010P1) both the Dyna Soar and the CVEL Titans appears invisible (in any scenario, Dyna Soar in orbit, Titan launch, Titan+Dyna Soar launch)

Any help?

Must be a compatibility issue, seeing as both add-ons are for Orbiter 2006

Was it conclusively determined that the Dyna-Soar/Moose addon does not work in 2010?

A real bummer - was my favourite addon in 2006.
