Problem IRC

Ive been having a problem with my orbiter IRC chat it says i cannot connect, because i accidentally denied permission for it now i have no idea how to connect. can someone answer my question/

Check your firewall settings and if needed, grant permission.

its still not letting me connect, this is the message

[17:20] Unable to connect : java.security.AccessControlException : access denied (java.net.SocketPermission irc.orbithangar.com resolve)

Sorry to double post but i got it working, thanks for the advice.
