The blockbuster movie "Iron Man" reaches new milestones every day and now the film has achieved astonishing new heights—literally!

International Space Station Astronaut Garrett Reisman, currently orbiting Earth in the International Space Station (ISS), apparently couldn't wait to get back home to see "Iron Man." So, he'll be watching a copy of the film being beamed up the ISS for his viewing pleasure!

Astronaut Garrett Reisman Reisman, a 40-year-old New Jersey native serving as a flight engineer on Expedition 17 to the ISS, will return to Earth aboard the Space Shuttle in June (maybe just in time for "The Incredible Hulk's" June 13 opening!).

Meanwhile, back on terra firma, ol' Shellhead's box office receipts keep soaring to new heights as well!

For the four-day Memorial Day holiday, the film took in over $26 million for a domestic total of over $258 million so far.

Combine that with the international figure of over $228 million and "Iron Man" is rapidly approaching the half-a-billion dollar mark with over $486 million in ticket sales!

Way to go Shellhead and thank you to everyone who has seen "Iron Man!"

Cool. I need to see this movie as well. ;)

I think Nasa pulled some strings, I want someone to kill the uplink accidentally half way through :)

I feel a great disturbance in the Force!

I think its a tad too over exaggerated... maybe for the future though, but I don't like it because its too futury

This just goes to show that astronauts have excellent taste in movies.

Well, it isn't a space movie, and the sci fi in it is a bit weak if you look at it closely, it's really an action movie. But yeah, it was a blast. The true definition of "blockbuster".

I found it too unreal, but thats me and I like spiderman so I'm a tad ... if not very hypocritical
