Error ISS V3.2 not working in Orbiter 2010

So I've installed Thorton's ISS V3.2 and am having some issues. I'm on Orbiter 2010 (not P1 due to the lack of compatibility with AutoFCS) and have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed. I installed all the add-ons recommended in the instruction manual. Everything seems right, but I still get the following message in my Orbiter Log:

Check that the config files are in the right folder.

ISS v3.2 has been compiled against Orbiter 2010 P1 SDK so it won't work on earlier versions.

You'll have to decide whether you want ISS 3.2 or AutoFCS then.

Any idea if there are downloads of earlier versions of Thortons's ISS out there, compatible with 2010?
