News Jesco von Puttkamer passed away

I just read the news, that scientist and author Jesco von Puttkamer passed away.

He was i.a. part of the team, that led Neil Armstrong to the moon. Those of us who spent their youth in Germany (1970s/80s) will eventually remember him as part of several broadcasts explaining space flight to kids.

Just saw it in the news. Too bad. Another historic space person gone after Armstrong. He was a nice guy. His English wasn't the very best but he always was communicative and willing to give interviews for the media and public.
