Installation Latest Orbiter beta and installing OGLA

Ok, my understanding of installing OGLA is to download the latest OGLAClient, download the latest Orbiter beta, put a copy of the beta in a folder, then install the client over the beta. But, I'm lost in 2 places. First, I'm using what people are saying is an outdated beta (091124). Second, I don't know where to get the right version of OGLAClient and how to run it. So, where do I get the latest version of the Orbiter beta? And once I've installed OGLA, how do I get it to work?

The Orbiter betas live here. As for the OGLA client, that lives here and both are of course under active development.

Installation is the same as any other Orbiter addon, extract to the Orbiter folder and read the included documentation. To run it, fire up Orbiter_ng.exe and select the module in the modules panel. Orbiter_ng.exe uses a seperate .cfg file, so you will need to configure it as you would Orbiter.exe.

Pay special attention to the video tab with the OGLA client enabled, as it offers a lot of options you would be wise to configure properly before launching.
