What is the quickest and easiest way to get a good launch date for going from Pluto to Neptune? Any websites besides Cosmic train Schedule? That site doesn't show some outer planets including Pluto. Trans X was too hard to use for the purpose of finding a date. Although I used it to find a date for Mars to Jupiter, but for some reason Pluto to Neptune is much harder.

As the orbital periods of Neptune and Pluto are so long 165 and 248 years), Hohmann transfer launch windows occur with periods of something like 200-300 years (I'm not sure, but it's a guess).

Therefore, you can't do much else than sit and wait and use the opportunity when you have it.

Of course, technically you can launch and do a transfer at any time you want, but most of the time your transfer orbit is a huge waste fuel.

Pluto is also more inclined to the eliptic than neptune and comes inside neptunes orbit. It may well be better to go from Pluto -> Jupiter -> Neptune.
