Flight Question Launching the Deltaglider

I know this sounds weird, but in Orbiter, I have a perfect strategy for launching Atlantis manually, but I still don't know how to launch the Delta Glider. Does anyone have any step by step procedures for launching the DG into orbit manually?

2. Point "Up"
3. Pretend it's Atlantis.
4. ???
5. Profit!

Except for that fact it's SSTO and will go like a bat out of hell.... :lol:
