Seems like roscosmos is launching Luna 25 this week.
You'll find the information on the news-page of your choice ;)
For the second time within a week, a Soyuz 2.1B/Fregat-M rocket will launch a payload into deep space, and the mission will be the first return to the Moon for Russia since 1976. Luna 25 is the first mission part of Roscosmos’s new Moon exploration program and will lift off from Site 1S at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Russia on Friday, Aug. 11 at 7:10 PM EDT (23:10 UTC), with a total launch mass of 1,750 kilograms.

I hope it works, but sadly I'm not expecting much, as the last Soviet/Russian probe that worked was back in the 80s (Fobos 2, right?).
...only one way to find out: Try it!
And that's what they are doing :)

Phobos 2 was also a partial failure, that the red planet rejected the soviet union is maybe Marx late revenge.

I think the thread title is a bit error inducing: even though launch is on the 11th at the launch site, it will still be the 10th in UTC, so "Thursday, Aug. 10, 23:10 UTC" should be the title.
