Problem lunar surface error

Hi there. I installed the L11 lunar surface textures and I'm getting this error where I only get surface tiles displayed for directly under the orbiting craft, and if I zoom out I get no surface texture at all for the moon, just a white sphere. I tried a clean install of the texture package and I'm still getting this. How can I fix it? Thanks.

Did you use any other Moon textures?

Try extracting Textures/Moon.tex file from Orbiter distribution ZIP package into your Orbiter/Textures directory to check if it helps.
