Greetings,

Does anyone know if there is there a tutorial or some kind of tips & tricks outline available for "manually" launching the shuttle in Orbiter 2016? I found the "autopilot" MFD for launching to a specific orbit (and that works), but the goal is to successfully launch it without using the autopilot MFD. I suspect that I am looking for something that says at such and such a time, pitch x number of degrees and at another point in time, roll to a heads-up position.

Thank you.

Beck

Also, meter on one place and mile on the other would cause confusions, which caused the Mars Climate Orbiter to lose. Here are some of the conversions of the metric units in US customary or SI:
  • 1 meter (m) ≈ 39 inches (in)
  • 1 kilometer (km) = 1,000 m
  • 1 meter per second (m/s) ≈ 2.2 miles per hour (mph) ≈ 3.3 feet per second (ft/s)
  • 1 kilogram (kg) ≈ 35 ounces (oz)
  • 1 tonne (t) = 1,000 kg
  • 1 newton (N) ≈ 3.6 pounds-force (lbf)
  • 1 kilonewton (kN) = 1,000 N
