News Meadville Space Center and Sourceforge

I been made aware that Sourceforge, where many of the Meadville Space Center files are hosted, instituted a restrictive policy for non-US downloads. Fortunately they now have an option to restore non-US access which I have enabled to allow non-US users to download MSC files.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of this restriction, I disabled the restriction for Project Apollo - NASSP, too.
