Mesh exporting

Which tool I should use to export mesh from gmax to Orbiter Mesh Format? I tried to use some tools, but anyone works correctly.

I haven't used it, but, "Mindblasts's" gmax script has been around for a while.
It's called "max2msh", and is here:-

Just a note: That one is strictly for GMAX abd 3DSMAX, no other 3D modelling software.

I have a problem with grouping meshes. I'm do this with this steps: Groups -> Group -> 01(for example). Then I exported mesh and wrote rotation for it in Spacecraft3. In GROUPS I wrote 01, but in orbiter, when I'm executing animation, Orbiter shows me error report. In log, there are few lines which contain this text:

**** WARNING: Mesh not found: .Meshes.msh

I don't know why, because I have mesh of that model in Meshes folder.

Anybody know what's wrong?
