Question MFDs loose targets thru scenario save

Some of the MFDs seem to loose their targets (i.e. ISS) when a scenario is saved and reloaded. This seems to impact the stock MFDs more than addon MFDs. Does anybody know how to maintain MFD targets when scenarios are reloaded?
