No true brony, but you can often see me with a rainbow dash shirt at work. :salute:

My favorite pony was Rainbow Dash.

Right now (speaking as an ex-brony), my least favorite would be Pinkie Pie.

Seeing all these brony guys (and girls) are funny.
I'm not a brony myself, but I always rofl when I see someone who is as brony as I am a space geek.

I am a brony. I love the show, think it is great and always love to see a fellow fan of the show. There is a brony group here iirc.

What is so special about the show?
What makes you like it?
I've seen only the pilot and a few episodes from the top of top-10s. Not too bad, but it does not catch, i.e. like Futurama.

Maybe you need a right cultural background to like it?

very likable characters, good voice actors.

the animation is very nice, the stories are fun, its light hearted, its funny, has good songs.

There is really nothing to say against it. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but then again what is?

You. Don't. Like. Pinkie Pie!?

Good god man! How could you even?
Harassing that donkey in "A Friend in Deed" under the guise of making a friend. At least that's how I see it. You shouldn't stalk and harass someone if you want to make friends.

The rest of the "mane 6" are okay, though.

Haters gonna hate

Bronies gonna brony.

The kid like MLP for about 2 or 3... episodes.

Then she migrated to PowerPuff Girls. Through some superior parenting skills I got her to go from there to The Simpsons, Ren and Stimpy, Monty Python, etc...

I still wouldn't mind some nose art of Applejack(?) Cowboy hat pushed down Clint Eastwood/Josey Wales style with gun drawn and chomping on a cigar with something blowing up (or on fire) behind... I can picture it in my mind but I can't quite describe it. Not very "Ponyish", but very cool. Think Pony if directed by Tarantino.

I think that's what happened here. People liked it, set up a social group then realised that actually it wasn't popular any more so abandoned the group.

War Thunder is a free-to-play MMO that mostly involves fighters and bombers from the WWII/Korean War eras. I just got interested in it a few days ago.

But on April Fools Day (2013), they decided to do something interesting:

So, before we were so predictably interrupted, i've asked if you can shape up the picture from your mind into something transmittable, and in which way do you expect him (her?) to hold the gun?

If the cigar is in the mouth, then that leaves a hoof... Which would look strange unless anthropomorphised... Which would look creepy be default.

Now that you mention how he'd hold the gun, I must admit that it'd never occurred to me :hmm:
The Houyhnhnm's from Gulliver's Travels had developed some methodology to use their hooves somehow. And those being literary and MLP being cartoons, I suppose there's some way to accomplish it.

This is something very close to what I had in mind. Far removed from the cartoony image, but something gritty and dirty.
