Hey,

I'm fairly new to Orbiter, and am having an issue with the MMu 2.0 in the DVIV and the Arrrow, and XR-5.

The problem is all the RCS controls do the same thing. I've read the help on it, and doesn't matter if it's in Rotation or Translation mode, if I select translation, and press 4 it goes left, if I press 6 it also goes left (It's supposed to go right or (if moving left, decrease the velocity ur moving left).

There seems to be no indication which RCS mode I'm in. The only way I can rotate is to use the joystick, the keys all just move me the same direction, whether in rotatin or translation.

Anyone else encounterd this problem and know how to fix it?

Thanks Ven

There should be an audio cue saying "Translation" or "Rotation" as you switch to said mode. There is also a small text cue in the upper left corner of your display that will read ROT or LIN.

As for why they are all doing the same thing, that's unusual. Make sure your issue is isolated with the UMmu, and is not an across-the-board issue. If it is only UMmu, try reinstalling the UMmu 2.0 package. That should clear it up. If it's an across-the-board issue, your keybindings are in need of repairs.

Hope this helps,

Are you using Orbiter 100830 or one of new betas?

Only if you use OrbiterSound.
