I am finding that the texture has just dissappeared. I have checked the installation and all the files are there correctly in place. Everytime I load the ESS into a scenario using the scenario editor, nothing appears, including the UMMU info on the hud with the docking port status etc. Exterior view is the same, nothing. Am I doing something wrong here?

Have you installed other adddons or mfds? Was it a clean install? You could try it on a clean orbiter install.

Open the config file and make sure everything is in order. A lot of things I've downloaded from Mustard's site seem to periodically erase the contents of their own config files and can cause problems like that. If that's the case, just delete it and replace it with a new one.

I have the same problem with Mustard's addons. Funny thing is that simple replacing it with files from downloaded archive isn't working. Configs are the same, mesh and module files are the same, but after some moment (doesn't connected with some modification or installing some addons) meshes just disappears from simulation and nothing can bring them back.

Are you unpacking into the Orbiter directory and clicking replace, or are you deleting the old ones before extracting the new one in? I've found that replacing doesn't solve the problem, you have to delete them first. Dunno what the deal is, seems odd that it doesn't happen with anything from O-H.

Well, I'll try it, though I don't understand how this can help too.

Alas, it didn't help either.

Hey, I've found the solution right here in this thread: http://www.orbiter-forum.com/showthread.php?t=11608 , thanks to Oceanic.

The problem was with zero-sized config file created by program (and not exctracted from acrchive, that's why I haven't found it) in folder orbiter/config/vessels/
I've deleted empty file and moved ess.cfg from orbiter/config/ to orbiter/config/vessels/, and now everything's working fine.

That solution works great. Thank you very much. 5 Space stations and counting for me! :):):P:thumbup::hello::tiphat:
