Of course there is no problem with using his account to post this thread, but if he is planning to participate in the community thereafter, then he should register his own account.

Yes, we did. Look in the Miscellaneous section of the Apollo Mission Simulator for Orbiter (AMSO) scenarios, there should be a tribute scenario in there.
