First off, thank you all for attempting to help me.
I finally had some time to reinstall Orbiter and the Space X addon.. instant success! I had some errors with my Space X and had duplicate files for Space X when I tried working on placing the files manually and I think somewhere along the lines some files got removed, once I had the lpad attached I had other errors.
Thank again for those who took the time to deal with my nonsense and hopefully this thread can be a guide to others who make the foolish mistake I did.
