Okay, I'm perectly able to use TransX to go from earth to the moon and hit it spot on and ease into lunar orbit but I'm still having trouble with using TransX to return from the moon back to earth.
Anybody know of a good manual that uses the latest version of TransX to acomplish this ?

Also, when descending from Lunar orbit to the lunar surface I am not fully able to eliminate all horizontal movement when I reach the surface and thus come to a tumbling halt.
Any tricks to this ???

Thanks guys:sorry:

For the Moon to Earth problem, start up TransX when you're on or orbiting the moon, and then set up an escape plan. Then in the next stage, with earth as a major body, bring down your prograde velocity a lot so your orbit has a low PeA (that value isn't displayed, but you can estimate from the picture). Then go back to the Moon stage and proceed to Eject, just like in interplanetary flight. And there are plenty of interplanetary tutorials for TransX.

And for landing on the surface, have you watched the "From the Earth to the Moon" tutorial that comes with "Go play in Space"? I highly recommend it.

I am Spanish but I am going to try to explain you the steps one by one in English.

1-Bring up TRANSX in both MFD´s Views
2-Select in left MFD Escape target
3-Make in the right MFD a second stage (this is very important)
4-In right MFD change it to Setup View
5- " " " " the variavle to Advanced
6- " " " Activate it to On position
7- " " " change the variavle to Plan Type
8- " " " change it to through point
9- " " " press the Keys (Right) Shift + W to have a centered Earth stage in the right MFD

10-In left MFD change it to manoevre view.
11- " " " go to the manoevre mode and change it to On position
12- Select a correct Man. Date and a correct Prograde Velocity to make the TEI from the Moon like when you did it along the Trans Lunar inyection from the Earth. But this time, (logically) I repeat, that you need this time to do it from the Moon.
14-And put the Target view in the left MFD. Activate the SPS DIRECT and the RCS and wait the
count down at between 75 or 100 seconds. To not wait! the 0 second because you must to use the engine in prograde position when you reach the period of time between 75 or 100 (the correct time between this numers depends to your Rel V. but basically if you have a High Rel V. ( for example : 1600 Rel V.) you should to wait the 75 seconds and if you have a little Rel V. ( for example : 1300 Rel V.) you should to wait the 100.

And don´t forget to change the Manoevre mode ,after the burn, to Off position to see your results.

This is my help and So long and lucky.

And about land on the MOON I have used Lola MFD you can download it from here :[ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3172"]Lola MFD[/ame]

Don't worry about it. We're here to help.

Use the VOR/VTOL MFD to check your horizontal velocity. However, you need to use COM/NAV MFD to attune one of your slots to the frequency of the landing pad, which can be found in the Ctrl-I menu under spaceports. Just choose the applicable spaceport and the relevant information should be there, unless the pads don't have frequencies for whatever reason.

i just wanna know if i can make a manual burn for TLI or TEI?

Depends on the craft. I would advise you to read the manual for the vessel that you are using.
