Neptune and Uranus may have diamond oceans

Yes, because her remains will be floating somewhere in the ocean of lava that was left after it collided with the ground.

Yes, what a bad way to die indeed. Unless she's a bad girlfriend...

Then it may be okay.

but yet it would kill her by rolling over and flatten her-bad way to died.

No, it will cause huge tidal disruption to Earth before vapourising the crust in a planetary apocalypse.

Unless she's a bad girlfriend...

I'm sure she's good for something...

It'll cost more to get to it than it's worth

Indeed. The concept of mining gas giant cores for diamonds, with current technology especially, is utter nonsense.

You could build a hollow space-elevator, and siphon off all the gasses, build them long enough and connect 'em to a nearby planet like saturn or neptune - assuming you are working on uranus. The bigger planet could suck up the smaller one. OR Just let the elevator dangle into open space, and the centrifugal force would create great and power suction that would drain the gasses away..

You could also put methane powered jet engines (or a type of ramjet) that could act as a motivating source to get the gasses flowing. Yeh that's it!
