Hey iwas playin orbiter and i looked at the bottem right corner it said

Orbiter Sim<--- i think
2006
so what i am asking is is there gonna be a new orbiter like Orbiter 2008 not 2006

it's been 2 years so i am asking does any 1 know if there will be a Orbiter 2008?

No, actually read the FAQ on the orbiter homepage, even martins does not know it until he released the next version.

No why? All that is sure is: martins will continue development for the medium future. There are no indications that he already has enough of us. But Orbiter will change in the next release AFAIK, possible with some add-on incompatibility, but that's nothing to be sad of.

I would be more happy if some beta testers could check SSU with the latest betas from time to time to give us indications of possible incompatibilities early. The current code is sure not always the most tidy code.

But I can wait for the surprising next release - like always.
