no runway at KSC

anyone else seeing this with the latest beta? I get lots of nice models at KSC but no runways. I double checked and I do have the runway textures in my textures folder.

runway in ksc has been commented out in canaveral.cfg base file. if u want it back, just remove the comments. but in the inline client(default) this will cause the runway to flicker. no such problem in d3d9 client
