If anyone's interested, I ocr'd one of the data tables out of the NASA trajectory report and put it in an Excel file. You get altitude, downrange distance, velocity and acceleration of the Saturn 5 from launch to injection into orbit, all 3 stages... this so I could compare it to some simulations I was running.
