New Release OctoberSky Source Meshes

It being a Tuesday, it seems proper to finally let go of these models into the community air and hope that they float into happy skies...

These are the models that were being used in the (now defunct?) OctoberSky project (old forum development archive @ ==> http://www.orbitersim.com/Forum/Default.aspx?g=posts&m=119940 ), and which were used in the publication *The Story of Manned Spacestations* ( http://www.amazon.com/Story-Manned-...1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1276796680&sr=8-1-spell ).

Included here are only .msh files and their accompanying textures... some clever folks will need to figure out their own ways of making them go.

They are the intellectual property of the author ( alias:castorp email:[email protected] ) and may not be redistributed without consent.

The models and textures are provided as is, with no further liability on the part of the author.

Damn... so many add-ons that wait to be coded and so little time.

Thank you for releasing them! Was really a long time since the last update in the blog.

Same feeling here, I'd very much like to do at least a simple SC3 implementation of those Soyuz and Salyut. It would do for some docking practice at least...
