General Question Orbital elements

Does anyone know of the orbital element values of a vehicle when stationary on the launch pad ?

Ctrl-I, osculating elements (you may need to give a little bit of thrust to wake the vessel up)

Scenario editor should also work.

Orbit MFD too.

Generally, eccentricity will be close to 1 (but not exactly due to planet rotation), SMa consequently approximately half the planet radius. Other elements depend on location of the pad.

I was thinking in the general case.. with respect to latitude which determines semi-minor axis (?), and setting the initial elements for Delta-T numerical calcs as a vehicle ascends from the pad.
