Orbital parameters planets, moons and vessels

Little question. How to set up orbital parameters of moon in the cfg, to make it rotate around the planet exactly along the equator?

I want to moon moves exactly along Saturn ring not lower and not higher. But I can not achieve this, moon rises above the ring then moves under them, and newer goes exactly in ring. There is always some inclination.

Because, AFAIK, the inclination you set in the cfg is relative to the ecliptic plane, not equatorial, and the rings' plane changes (Saturn is tilted like Earth).

I don't know how to set the cfg in equatorial plane, but you can place a vessel there if you don't need to land...
