orbiter 060929 problem

Before I formatted my PC,Orbiter 060929 was running like a charm.
Now after the format I reinstalled the latest version 060929 and a warning messege appears msvcp71.dll is missing ,I click ok and when the program starts,there appears no atmosphere (in daytime the sky is black except the clowsd)
I tried downloading this dll file and installed it in different places inclouding windows32 cabinet.
What can I do? I currently using the previous version of Orbiter,but it's not stable specialy on downloads.
Can anyone help me so solve this?

This might even be a settings mistake check you ambient light level in the Visual Effects section on the Orbiter Luanchpad, it should be around 40.
It's just a suggestion,

Thank you liber the problem was solved,I just didn't know where to install the DLL files..
