Problem Orbiter 2010 in Windows 7 - doesn't open

This happened before and I had to reinstall orbiter, but this time I even used JSGME and the problem still happened after disabling all of my addons. I'll click the icon, it'll show in the taskbar, but it won't actually open, even when I click it in the taskbar. I was JUST doing a mission and I closed out to install Mars level 11, then it happened. This never happened with Orbiter 2006... Any ideas on what to do?

Open orbiter.cfg and remove the line LPadRect = ...

If this fixes the problem, then it will be permanently fixed in the next beta. If not, then I don't know what causes it.
