Here is the problem in Orbiter 2016. Obliquity of the ecliptic of the Earth is equal 23.44 degrees (first screenshot).
Orbital inclination of the ISS is 51.59 degrees in equatorial (second screenshot) and that is about right value according to many sources. So expected orbital inclination of the ISS is 75.03 degrees but orbital MFD, which is set in the ecliptical frame of reference, shows us 74.51 degrees (the last screenshot). So, where is the point?
