Problem orbiter cant load some scenarios

I want to load a scenario, but it does not work.I open orbiter.log and than i found this:

FAILED to create planetary system Sol_r7_S
Check that Config\Sol_r7_S.cfg exists and is valid

I open that and its empty.



Please help me!

And that error is because you don't have this: [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3737"]International Space Station v.3.0[/ame]
