Problem Orbiter Freeze with AMSO time acceleration

I keep having issues with Orbiter freezing during long time accelerations (x1000 or x10000) while focused on the CSM. In the same scenario I can accelerate all I want while focused on something else, even after I accelerate to the time I want and try to switch back to the CSM it freezes immediately. Does this maybe have to do with TransX? I do better if I don't use transx it seems. I have a brand new computer so Im pretty sure its not that. Anyone have any suggestions?
