I have just installed Orbiter (Windows XP), and when I try to use the 'help' function, I can see the list of topics, but on clicking 'Display' I always get the message "This program cannot display the Web Page". Any ideas about what is happening?

Because XP feels insecure about downloaded files. 
Go to the Html folder in your Orbiter directory to find all of the help files. Go into their Properties (right-click) and you'll notice some 'Security' information at the bottom of the Properties page. Click the Unblock button and hit Apply and the help file should now open properly.
I can't yet find a way to unblock multiple files without going through each of them individually, but it would be great if someone knows how.
