Hello i listened 2 months ago somethink about orbiter multiplayer. Can someone send me a link where can i download it? because 2 months ago i couldnt. And how is it works? can i go to mars with friends? Or can i just fly on the earth.

It is beeing worked on and there is no change to two months ago (at least for the simple user).
If you want to use OMP you would need to get the "in the works" source code and compile it yourself.
AFAIK you would be able to go anywhere in orbiter (even in different star systems).
